1928 Harley Davidson JD

Overview

Here is a great 1928 Harley Davidson Model JD 74ci Twin Cylinder Motorcycle.  Appearance shows that this was probably restored both mechanically and cosmetically somtime in the 90ʻs

Mileage

Unknown mileage since the build, but appears to maybe only have a few break in miles since the restoration.

Paint

Paint on the motorcycle is in good condition, it is an older restoration so there is some slight cracking in the paint and few small chips here and there.  But overall this presents itself very well

Hardware
It appears that most of the hardware on the motorcycle is mostly original, there is a few fasteners that are not correct for the era,

Both Front and Rear fenders are original the gas tanks are original

All finishes are in great condition

Mechanical

This motorcycle is in good mechanical condition. It has good compression. and was recently commissioned to run again by servicing carb, valves, and fluids.  Also a new battery

Rims are Drop Center correct for the year and are painted steel with painted spokes and nipples. Paint is old a
